There is a $20.00 fee to attend the 2009 spring camp. This fee is to be paid when you register on Friday evening. The fee covers the cost of a T-shirt and a barbeque after the scrimmage on Sunday. Complete this form and return by April 21, 2009. For out of town players attending our camp we will put you up at our hotel. Please indicate in the space below if you require accommodations.
